Upcoming IPOs next week: Standard Glass Lining, along with 6 other IPOs to open for subscription; 6 new listings

The primary market investors are set to see an action-packed phase in the New Year as seven new initial public offerings have been lined up for subscription next week. The IPOs opening for bidding next week include three mainboard issues and four SME offers on NSE and BSE.
As many as six public offers are also scheduled for listing between January 6 and January 10.
The main board issues include the ₹410.05 crore IPO of Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited, which will open for subscription on Monday, January 6. Capital Infra Trust Limited and Quadrant Future Tek Limited have fixed Tuesday, January 7, to hit the capital market with their public offers.
Among the IPOs of small and medium-sized enterprises, three will hit the market on Tuesday while Indobell Insulation Limited will open for bidding on Monday, thereby making it one of the most active days on the IPO street.
Here’s a list of IPOs which are opening up for subscription next week.
Standard Glass Lining Technology IPO
Standard Glass Lining Technology IPO will open for subscription on Monday (January 6) to raise ₹410.05 crore from investors. The issue comprises a fresh issue of 1.50 crore shares worth up to ₹210 crore and an offer for sale of 1.42 crore shares worth up to ₹200.05 crore.
The issue will close for subscription on January 8.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹133 to ₹140 per share. The minimum lot size is 107, requiring a minimum investment of ₹14,980 by retail investors.
Capital Infra Trust Invit IPO
The 1,578-crore IPO of Capital Infra Trust Invit will hit the market on Tuesday, January 7. The bidding window will close on January 9. The public offer comprises a fresh issue of 10.77 crore shares and an offer for sale of 5.01 crore shares.
The company has set the price band at ₹99 to ₹100 per share for the IPO. The lot size for a single application is 150 shares and the minimum investment is ₹15,000.
Capital Infra Trust is an infrastructure investment trust. It is sponsored by Gawar Construction Limited.
Quadrant Future Tek IPO
Quadrant Future Tek Limited IPO will open on Tuesday, January 7, to raise ₹290 crore from investors. The issue, which comprises a fresh issue of 1 crore shares, will close on Thursday, January 9.
The company has fixed the price band at ₹275 to ₹290 per share for the IPO. The minimum lot size is 50, needing a minimum investment of ₹14,500 by retail investors.
The company develops Train Control and Signaling Systems under the railways project Kavach.
Four SME IPOs to open for subscription next week
Four SME IPOs are also opening for bidding next week. Indobell Insulation Limited will launch its IPO on Monday, January 6 to raise ₹10.14 crore. The company has fixed the price at ₹46 per share. The minimum lot size is 3,000 shares.
Three SME IPOs will open on a single day on January 7. BR Goyal Infrastructure Limited seeks to raise ₹85.21 crore through the fresh issue of 63.12 lakh shares. The price band is ₹128 to ₹135 per share. The minimum lot size is 1000 shares.
Delta Autocorp Limited looks to raise ₹54.60 crore through the issue which is a combination of a fresh issue of 38.88 lakh shares and an OFS of 3.12 lakh shares.
Avax Apparels And Ornaments Limited will also hit the capital market on January 7 to raise ₹1.92 crore. The IPO price is fixed at ₹ 70 per share. The minimum lot size is 2,000 shares.
These three issues will close for subscription on January 9.
Six IPO listings next week
In addition to the new IPOs, the main board issue of Indo Farm Equipment Limited will make the market debut with a listing of shares on BSE and NSE on Tuesday, January 7. The company announced its share allotment status on Friday, January 3, after stellar bidding during the three-day period to January 2.
Shares of Technichem Organics Limited will be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 7 as well. Among the issues opening next week, Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms IPO listing has been scheduled for Jan 10, while shares of Davin Sons and Parmeshwar Metal will be listed on the BSE SME platform on January 9. The IPO listing date for Leo Dry Fruits and Spices is January 8.
